Description:

This swift and comfortable 72-footer is the last of this world's class cruising yachts from Oyster to launch, built at SYS. She has been skipper maintained from the beginning and kept in faultless condition. Down below she is subtly furnished and her joinery is as it was on her date of launch. The yacht is in her second ownership. Her current owner has sailed her extensively from the UK to the Southern Hemisphere, after which he shipped her back to Europe and has since been cruising in the Mediterranean and Caribbean. During her current ownership she has been substantially updated, including including electronic testing of the rod rigging and found to be 100A1, mast and spars pulled and repainted, improvements of all her main systems, replacement of pumps and batteries plus a new sail wardrobe with added heavy weight asymmetric for the long reaches across the Pacific. She is being offered for sale in full cruising trim. A very current and well tested example of the great Oyster 72, priced to sell.
